Individual Couples Sex Therapy

My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life; every step of your journey.  I meet you where you are at.  I am committed to helping individuals and  couples  work through a variety of issues and facilitate the change they desire. Providing a safe and comfortable environment we explore current and past issues that are creating problems, while fostering personal insight and change. 

After earning  my BS in human development I later continued my education and received a Masters in Clinical Counseling.   I am a AASECT Certified Sex Therapist offering a therapeutic environment that is shame, guilt and judgement free .  My approach is based on research and evidence and includes such modalities as DBT, Brainspotting, Somatic Therapy, IFS, and Gottman Therapy.   

  I'm located in west Omaha and offer a variety of hours to meet your needs.
